In my opinion, a thousand times better than the MakeOver (which makes all the faces look platic). Install it yourself and you will see how much of a difference it makes. I tried that one to begin with, i thought it made the faces look too 'orange' even using showracemenu ingame, and adjusting the skin tone to zero, was still too orange.
